Acceptance of terms

By using domhaul you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Service

domhaul provides AI-generated domain name suggestions, availability checks, and the ability to purchase domains directly through our checkout. Availability results and valuation estimates are best-effort; availability is only finally confirmed at the moment of registration.

Domain purchases

When you buy a domain through domhaul (on the website or via an AI assistant connected to our MCP server):

  • Pricing. The purchase price is the registrar's live registration price plus a small domhaul service fee (about 10%, minimum $2.50). The exact total is shown before you pay. Renewals after the initial term are handled through domhaul — we'll email you well before expiry with the renewal price (the registrar's live rate plus a small service fee). If you transfer the domain out, renewals are between you and your registrar and domhaul charges nothing.
  • Charge only on success. Your payment method is authorized at checkout but only captured after the domain is successfully registered. If registration fails for any reason (for example, the domain was taken moments earlier), the authorization is released and you are not charged — the hold may take a few days to disappear from your statement.
  • No refunds after registration. Domain registrations are submitted to the registry immediately and are non-refundable once completed. Please check spelling carefully before paying.
  • Ownership and management. The domain is registered with you as the legal registrant from the moment of registration, with free WHOIS privacy enabled. It is held in domhaul's registrar account on your behalf and managed from your domhaul dashboard — DNS records, nameservers, and email. You can transfer the domain out to your own free Dynadot account at any time from the dashboard (free, works even during the 60-day registrar-transfer lock); after you accept the transfer, management moves to your own account and domhaul's involvement ends.
  • Account linking. Link your purchase to a domhaul account using the claim link on your confirmation page to manage the domain. An unlinked domain stays registered in your name for the term you paid for, but cannot be managed or renewed until it is claimed — claim it before its expiration date or contact us for help.
  • ICANN requirements. ICANN rules require you to verify your email address within 15 days of registration (watch for the verification email) or the domain may be suspended, and newly registered domains cannot be transferred to a different registrar for 60 days. The domain is fully usable during that period.
  • Premium domains and aftermarket names are not supported by our checkout.
  • Order support. For any issue with an order — a stuck registration, a push to the wrong account, or anything else — email huncho@hygo.ai with your domain name.

Email service (beta)

Domains managed on domhaul can enable hosted email. During the beta the service is free and provided as-is: deliverability, uptime, and storage limits are best-effort, and we may introduce fair-use limits, pricing, or changes with notice. Sending spam, bulk unsolicited mail, or illegal content is prohibited and leads to immediate suspension of the mailbox or domain. Mailbox passwords are shown once at creation and are not recoverable by us — only resettable.

Accounts and data sync

A domhaul account stores what's needed to run the service: your email address, your domains and mailbox names, and — so your work follows you across devices — your domain search history. You can use search, history, and settings without an account, in which case everything stays in your browser. AI provider API keys configured in Settings are never synced or sent to our servers.

Acceptable use

  • No abuse, scraping, or automated bulk querying.
  • No illegal, infringing, or harmful content in queries.
  • No reverse engineering or attempts to disrupt the service.

No warranty

Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the service, including lost domain opportunities.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
